The Philosophy of the Intact Video
Please read this, then proceed to the link at the bottom of the page to download the video.
The whole idea is to have the video as widely disseminated as possible, which is why it is posted to this site, where anyone can download and show it to anyone they want to. There is no charge for downloading the video.
At this time, you may not post the video to your web site; however a link to this site's index page or to the video here in particular is fine. The only other conditions which apply are:
1. Intact owns the images, and maintains the copyright. You may display, distribute, copy, and otherwise use this tape only without profit.
2. The tape must be acknowledged as coming from Intact (i.e. any audience must be made aware of where it came from. In the case of a public display of the tape, I would expect there to be a prominently displayed sign with Intact's name, web and email address, and perhaps a few words about our organization.
3. The images should not be altered or edited in any way (no dubbing over of the sounds of a giggling baby while the cutting is going on, etc.).
These things seem obvious, so this is just to clarify.
If people feel that the tape is helpful making a decision not to circumcise, or in convincing others not to circumcise, perhaps they would consider making a donation to Intact. A donation is not a requirement of using the tape, however. If the video is displayed publicly, Intact would be grateful if the displays included an accompanying invitation to donate to Intact.
